Jesus IsThe Good News
God sees you. God loves you. God wants you to know Him.
I couldn’t have made it through this journey without the help of God.
The Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ, is the foundation of my strength, peace, and hope.
I believe that Jesus, the Son of God, came to earth, lived a perfect and sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again to bring us new life. Through Him, we have the promise of eternal life and the assurance that we are never alone.
The message of the Gospel is simple, yet it transforms the heart. God created us to know Him and live in close fellowship with Him, but sin separates each of us from God.
When you place your trust in Jesus, God forgives you completely and makes you His own. You begin a new life, one marked by peace, hope, and purpose. You will never face life’s trials alone again, for His Spirit will live within you, guiding and strengthening you each day.
This is the Gospel that has carried me: the assurance that Jesus Christ is alive, that His grace is sufficient, and that eternal life is secure for all who trust in Him.
“Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.”
1 Corinthians 15:1–6 (ESV)

For example, you might pray something like this:
Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I trust You as my Savior and Lord. Please come into my life, forgive me, and help me follow You from this day forward. Thank You for loving me and giving me eternal life.
